If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photo proof. Verified claims may qualify for replacement at our discretion.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment.
