Incorrect Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Dakota Pinnk is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders cannot be modified once processed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must cover any additional shipping costs for reshipment. Refunds will not be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.
